Go to blogskins.com then they will have have url and copy and paste it to your blog templates.before pasting,you gotta press revert to classic template which is all the way on the bottom of the template page.then from the codes and all you can put in lotsa stuff already.they give you basics and stuff.and to add tagboard,you can click flasbox on yahoo and they give you all sorts of webs to get one.
